Delegation from the University of Strathclyde, UK, Visits Our School

On　the　afternoon　of　December　4，　Dean　Zhou　Keliang　of　the　School　of　Automation　and　Dean　Li　Ling　of　the　School　of　Continuing　Education　led　a　faculty　delegation　to　meet　with　a　delegation　from　the　University　of　Strathclyde，　UK．　Both　sides　held　presentations　and　talks　on　student　exchange　programs，　joint　education　initiatives，　and　other　related　matters．

Professors　from　the　University　of　Strathclyde　delivered　a　presentation　to　undergraduate　and　postgraduate　students　of　the　school．　They　provided　a　brief　overview　of　the　university’s　academic　profile，　core　research　areas，　and　achievements，　with　a　focus　on　promoting　the　undergraduate－postgraduate－PhD　joint　programs　with　WHUT．　Details　were　shared　on　program　application　requirements，　study　modes，　and　training　objectives．

Subsequently，　the　two　sides　held　talks　on　student　joint　education　exchange　programs，　the　＂Summer　Excellence　Academy，＂　postgraduate　＂bilingual　courses，＂　and　teaching　cooperation　projects　with　students　from　Sanxia　Electric　Power　Vocational　College．　Both　sides　expressed　a　shared　vision　to　deepen　international　collaborative　education，　expand　cooperation　from　specific　projects　to　broader　areas，　explore　continuous　collaboration　pathways，　and　strengthen　academic　exchanges　and　joint　talent　cultivation　in　professional　fields　such　as　electrical　engineering．
